The definition of a qualified person is an individual who possesses a recognized degree, certificate, or professional standing, who has extensive knowledge, training, and experience in a specific field or subject matter and is capable of solving or resolving problems relating to their area of expertise.

The Company’s Qualified Persons

Mr. Joseph Sawyer, P.E., President of the Company's two U.S. subsidiaries, who supervises the Company's operations in the United States, is the Company's "qualified persons" (QP) for the purpose of NI 43-101 "Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects". Mr. Sawyer is the QP for engineering and environmental disclosure only. Mr. Sawyer has reviewed the technical disclosures contained in the Company's website.

Scientific and Technical Disclosure

Mr. Paul Saxton, P.
